Indian Tube Co. Ltd. merged with TISCO and TPL acquired the status of wholly owned subsidiary of TISCO.

TISCO & ITC became equal partners (50% share of Beco Chemicals transferred to Indian Tube Co. Ltd.)

Incorporated as Cyanides & Pigments Pvt. Ltd. (50: 50 joint ventures between TISCO &Beco Chemicals, Germany).
