Sexual Harassment (Prevention) Policy

Tata Pigments Limited is committed to maintain a congenial and harmonious work environment.  As a responsible employer, the Company shall not tolerate acts of sexual harassment which may include unwelcome sexual advance, requests for sexual favours and other physical, verbal or non-verbal conduct with sexual overtones by any persons working in any of its plants or offices.  Appropriate action shall be taken against any individual who is found guilty of any of the above acts.

It is also a violation of this Policy for anyone acting knowingly and recklessly either to make a false complaint of sexual harassment or to provide false information regarding a complaint.
